Can I edit employee punches or enter/view information at the time clock? Yes (depends on the time and attendance software being used).
You can make changes at the time clock. The time clock allows you to edit punch data, change departments, enter tips, record and access employee punch information. Also, download Employee Messages and validation tables to ensure proper data entry.

What about Dirty Hands? Not a problem.
Unlike biometric systems that read fingerprints...The HandPunch 4000 is unaffected by dirty, scarred or damp hands.

Does the computer need to be on all the time for the Handpunch 4000 time clock to work? No.
